With Urban Meyer basically having one foot out the door at Ohio State, it means poaching season will be in full effect.
No one knows this better than Alabama head coach Nick Saban, who is wasting no time going after Buckeyes’ commits.
On Tuesday, Saban will be having an in-home visit with 4-star Ohio State safety commit Jordan Battle.
Alabama coach Nick Saban is in the area recruiting today, visiting Jordan Battle and Braylen Ingraham at St. Thomas Aquinas and going to Cardinal Gibbons practice, where Crimson Tide target Khris Bogle is getting ready for the state title game with his teammates.

Man, Saban sure does work fast.
After taking down Georgia in the SEC Championship Game, the Crimson Tide once again hold the No. 1 ranking in the College Football Playoff. You think Saban would let his foot off the gas for one second? Nope.
Recruiting never sleeps and Saban understands now is the time to go after Ohio State recruits with the legendary Meyer now stepping down at the end of the season.
Re Urban Meyer situation at Ohio State, commit Jordan Battle @jordantofly100: “I’m going to see how things play out right now… I’m still a future Buckeye.”
Miami, Oklahoma, Florida and Alabama are schools he’d be open to depending on what develops.https://t.co/YLxDqX4qJY

With the early National Signing Day set to begin on Dec. 19, look for Saban to pull a fast one on future Ohio State head coach Ryan Day.
